Paddle Dryer

Principle structure:

 The flap dryer is a kind of drying equipment based on the principle of two-way transportation. It is a continuous automatic dryer with wide use and strong adaptability. It has the characteristics of small floor area and high drying efficiency. The moisture-containing material flows from the tail of the dryer into the upper grid of the dryer through the feed hopper. The feed hopper has a buffering and distributing effect on the material. The material flows smoothly through the grid to the head of the dryer, flows into the lower layer by the flap mechanism, and then is sent back to the tail. In this way, the material is gradually dried under hot air baking and discharged from the tail. Hot air can be configured according to user conditions, such as independent hot air stoves, hot smoke, etc.

Product performance characteristics:

 1. The guide rail adopts a light rail composite structure. The design is optimized according to the material characteristics and cloth characteristics to ensure its straightness and strength, and the sprocket wheel running resistance is small. The flap mechanism completed by the guide rail can ensure that the flap can tilt freely.

 2. The sprocket wheel adopts an automatic tensioning device, and the chain plate runs smoothly. A good guide rail can effectively solve chain dropping, chain sticking, deviation and other phenomena.

 3. The flap is made of heat-resistant steel and punched into a mesh shape. It has high strength, is not easy to deform, and has good air permeability. Chain rollers are connected to both sides of the flap to ensure that the rollers on both sides are coaxial and are easy to disassemble and install.

 4. The chain plate is selected with electromagnetic speed regulation or variable frequency speed regulation transmission according to the characteristics of the working conditions, which can adjust the operating speed and control the drying time according to needs.

 5. It is equipped with fire prevention devices. Temperature measuring devices are installed at the kiln head, kiln center and kiln tail respectively and can be displayed digitally to facilitate grasping and controlling the temperature in the kiln. The flue inlet is equipped with a smoke gate. Once the machinery fails, the heat source can be cut off immediately to prevent fire.

 6. According to the initial moisture content of the material and the characteristics of the material, use upper air or air distribution between layers to evenly distribute hot air and effectively prevent the material from cracking and bursting due to rapid heating, thereby improving the material quality and reducing the damage rate.

 7. Reasonably select negative pressure induced air or positive pressure blowing according to conditions such as material moisture and hot air temperature.

 8. Special cleaning equipment is equipped with the lower part of the equipment and the dust particles are exported, thereby reducing the use intensity and equipment failure.
