Blast Furnace Gas Burner
Blast furnace gas burners are designed primarily for the combustion of blast furnace gas generated by steel companies. They are suitable for blast furnace gas of any pressure and calorific value. Utilizing multi-head internal mixing technology, these burners offer stable combustion and include automatic ignition, flameout protection, and automatic power adjustment. They require no firewood for heat storage and are easy to use. They are now widely used in steel companies and related enterprises.
Performance Features:
1.The fuel used has a low calorific value, approximately 700–900 Kcal/Nm³, making ignition relatively difficult.
2.No strict requirement on fuel pressure — design and manufacturing are based on the specified value provided before ordering. The typical design pressure for the gas is 5–8 KPa.
3.Generally used in negative-pressure combustion furnaces.
4.Control systems can be configured according to user requirements, including two-stage combustion, air damper ratio control, frequency conversion proportional control, touchscreen digital control, or industrial PC frequency conversion proportional control.
5.Independent control of gas and air channels, with online adjustable air-to-gas ratio (K value) to ensure precise control and prevent errors caused by mechanical linkage systems.
6.Equipped with flame failure protection, automatic ignition, valve leakage detection, over-temperature and over-pressure protection, and real-time status and parameter display functions.
7.The control system follows standard communication protocols, allowing connection and communication with the user’s supervisory control system.
8.When the automatic control system is removed, manual operation remains available, enabling easy adjustment and stable combustion.
