Biomass Gas Burner

Biomass gas (biosyngas) is a combustible gas produced by the pyrolysis or gasification of biomass-containing materials such as crop straw, forestry waste, edible mushroom residue, livestock manure, and sewage sludge at high temperatures. The main gas components are hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and a small amount of low-molecular-weight hydrocarbons. Other components include nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water, tar, and particulate matter. When the biomass is heated, biosyngas still contains a certain amount of heat. Pyrolysis or gasification of biomass produces a crude fuel gas, which is purified and its components modified to produce high-quality syngas. Biomass gas is divided into hot and cold fuel gases. Based on these characteristics, our company has developed a dedicated biomass gas burner that ensures mixed combustion of fuel and air, eliminates gas pressure requirements, reduces tar content, and facilitates burner deslagging and cleaning. This achieves fuel conversion, meeting the requirements of users in industries such as ceramics, glass, non-ferrous metal smelting, pharmaceuticals, and printing and dyeing.

Performance Features:

1. Due to the high tar content and temperature of the gas, the product is generally a split-type design.

2. Based on the properties of biomass gas, the valve selection and burner structure are uniquely designed. This prevents clogging during normal combustion, allows for extended cleaning intervals, and is easy to clean without disassembling the burner.

3. The automatic control system can be designed with various control methods, including staged fire, damper proportional control, variable frequency proportional control, touch screen digital control, and industrial computer variable frequency proportional control, offering users a wide range of options.

4. Separate gas and damper channel control allows for precise control of the air/gas ratio using online setting of the air/gas ratio K value, preventing errors caused by connecting rod transmission.

5. Flameout protection, programmed ignition, valve leak detection, over-temperature and over-pressure protection are all standard features, and interlocking with other equipment is possible based on user requirements.

6. There are no restrictions on fuel pressure or temperature; they can be specified by the user at the time of order.

7. The unit can be used with steam boilers, hot water boilers, thermal oil boilers, hot air furnaces, and various industrial kilns.
