Working principle:
The vertical dryer uses a fan to directly introduce hot air from a hot blast stove (or various heat source tail gas) into the circulation air duct of the dryer. The formed materials are transported to the furnace top by a belt conveyor or elevator, and are evenly distributed to the furnace top by a distribution device. Full section. The material slowly moves down by gravity on its orbit while exchanging heat with strong winds. The moisture evaporated from the material is randomly carried away by strong winds. The material is dried after an evaporation process of about two hours.
Product performance characteristics:
1. High thermal efficiency: The furnace body consists of three parts: preheating section, heating section and cooling section. Low-temperature hot gas directly dries the pellets in the heating section, and uses the tail temperature to preheat the upper part of the furnace body, which is beneficial to heat energy. Drying the same materials saves energy by 20-30%.
2. Easy to use and simple maintenance: there are no mechanical moving parts in the furnace body, and daily maintenance is not required. Traditional drying equipment is unmatched.
3. Quantitative discharge: The opening time of the vibration motor maintains a certain proportional relationship with the discharge volume. The discharge volume only needs to be controlled by the opening time of the vibration motor.
4. Screening and blanking are carried out at the same time: a screening device is installed at the blanking position of the vertical drying bin. The dried pellets and part of the powder can be screened and processed during the downward process, completing the separation of pellets and powder without the need to set up additional screening equipment, saving costs and compact structure.
5. Good dust removal: Dust removal pipes are preset at the upper loading position and the lower discharge position of the drying bin, which can effectively avoid the leakage of smoke and dust after being connected to the on-site dust removal equipment.
6. Economic characteristics: Compared with today's commonly used flip-plate drying furnaces, the investment is reduced by 1/2; the floor area is 1/5-1/3; energy consumption and operating costs are greatly reduced.
7. Usage characteristics: This product has good process matching, is easy to connect with other equipment in the production line and realize automation, runs continuously, has high efficiency and large output.
