working principle
A twin-shaft mixer is a mixing and conveying device. Spiral blades are arranged on two parallel symmetrical shafts. When the material enters the mixer from the feeding port, the two parallel symmetrical shafts rotate towards each other, so that the material can be continuously stirred and mixed under the action of the spiral stirring blades, and move towards the discharge port to unload qualified materials from the discharge port. 1. Composition: The twin-shaft mixer consists of a casing frame, a mixing mechanism, and a power transmission mechanism.
2. In order to ensure the strength and service life of the mixer casing, the casing of the twin-shaft mixer is rolled from Q355 wear-resistant steel plate; the mixer frame is welded using I-steel and channel steel to ensure the supporting strength of the mixer.
3. Extend the effective working length of the mixer to make the material mix more evenly.
4. The upper cover and casing of the mixer are connected by bolts, and PTFE sealing strips are added between the flanges to ensure tight sealing without leakage.
5. The mixing mechanism of the twin-shaft mixer consists of a mixing shaft and mixing blades. Bearings are provided at both ends of the mixing shaft as rotary supports. The mixing shaft and mixing blades are designed in a detachable form to facilitate the replacement of worn mixing paddles.
6. As the main working and power connecting component, the mixing shaft withstands a large torque during work. In order to fully ensure the strength of the mixing shaft, a larger safety factor is selected during design and the diameter and wall thickness of the mixing shaft are increased.
7. As the main working part of stirring, the stirring blade is an easy-to-wear part. After using wear-resistant steel plates to blank, the outer arc and surrounding of the stirring blade are welded with wear-resistant electrodes to improve the strength and wear resistance of the stirring blade, extend the service life of the stirring blade and reduce the investment cost of accessories.
8. The power transmission mechanism consists of a motor, a belt, a reducer, a coupling, and a gear. It is designed and selected according to the working capacity of the mixer.
9. The coupling uses an Oldham coupling to ensure high torque rigidity of the transmission and compensation for radial, angular and axial deviations. The reducer uses ZQ series reducer to ensure that the bearing capacity of the reducer meets the requirements for normal work and use.
10. In order to ensure high strength, hardness and wear resistance, the transmission gear is made of cast steel, and the gear has been quenched and tempered. A dustproof gear cover is arranged on the outside of the transmission gear, and lubricating oil is filled in the gear cover to prevent material dust from entering the gear gap and accelerate gear wear, while providing lubrication for the gear and extending the service life of the gear.
11. The twin-shaft mixer motor uses a variable frequency motor. Increase the safety factor of the motor during design and select a motor with a higher power model. The mixer is equipped with a frequency converter. Users can rely on adjusting the motor frequency to adjust the speed of the mixing shaft to adapt to the production requirements of different material types or different yields.
