mixing principle
The mixer adopts multiple three-dimensional mixing methods, the body adopts a tilted arrangement, and the mixing rotor is eccentrically arranged inside the mixing cylinder. The mixing cylinder performs rotating motion to send the material to the high-speed rotating mixing rotor area. A sidewall scraping plate is arranged inside the mixer. The scraping plate strips off the material from the cylinder wall and also plays a role in guiding the material. It turns the material to achieve macro mixing and pushes the material to the mixing rotor. In addition, through the inclined installation of the rotating mixing drum, the material forms a strong vertical component of the mixed material flow when rotating to a high point. The material is scattered to the mixing rotor area, and the circulating material flow is stirred through the rotor. Through the combination of multiple mixing methods, a speed difference is formed in the flow of complex mixed materials to achieve fine mixing and stirring of materials.

The equipment has good reliability and small internal wear: the bottom and wall of the mixing drum are equipped with wear-resistant alloy liners, and the outer surfaces of the mixing rotor blades and side wall/bottom scrapers are inlaid with wear-resistant cemented carbide mixing tools for durability.
3. Convenient maintenance: The upper part of the mixer is equipped with observation holes to provide convenience for customers to observe the mixing process of materials and the internal conditions of the mixing cylinder. The wall of the mixing drum is equipped with hinged access doors for maintenance and replacement of spare parts. The wear-resistant lining plates on the wall/bottom of the mixing drum can be disassembled and replaced separately. The mixing rotor blades and rotating shaft are of separate design, making replacement easy.
4. Diversified driving forms: The power demand, speed and energy transfer method of the mixer can be selected accordingly according to the preparation task, providing multiple driving forms.① The main mixing rotor is driven by a standard variable frequency motor and a V-belt;② The main mixing rotor is driven by a standard variable frequency motor and a gearbox;③ The main mixing rotor is driven by a high-torque and low-speed permanent magnet motor.
5. Discharge quickly and shorten the mixing time: The discharge hole is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the mixing drum. Hydraulic drive is used. At the end of the mixing cycle, the sidewall/bottom scraper conveys the materials left at the bottom and edges of the mixing drum to the mixing drum. The middle area of the mixing drum promotes the discharge of materials in a short time.
6. Easy to operate and high degree of automated control: PLC overall control, communicate with the production line to achieve automatic feeding and discharging, and the mixing time can be changed online. Material level monitoring is carried out with the help of material level meters and load cells. Set up a lubrication system to automatically replenish oil and lubricate mechanical parts according to the set lubrication time, and set up a unloading hydraulic system to automatically discharge materials. At the same time, the system has interlocking functions such as speed monitoring and door opening interlocking.
