Balling Machine
Working Principle:
The high-pressure briquetting machine consists of two facing, synchronously rotating extrusion rollers: one fixed and one movable. The material is forcibly pressed in by a pre-pressing screw above it, then continuously drawn between the rollers by the press rollers and into the ball trough. Under the high pressure, it becomes a dense ball and is discharged from the bottom of the machine.
Technical Features:
1) Excellent material extrusion, high ball formation rate, and high ball strength;
2) High performance roller surface and long life, reaching internationally advanced standards;
3) To improve roller precision, a fully enclosed transmission is implemented, and the reducer adopts a dual-shaft structure. To reduce the reducer size and increase its service life, all gears are hardened;
4) Pre-press: The motor uses a variable-speed motor. All wearing parts are easily disassembled and replaced, and parts prone to wear are welded with wear-resistant alloys to extend their service life;
5) The hydraulic system is independently located for high reliability.
