Fully automatic alignment intelligent fluid loading and unloading arm is a setRobot arm structure, automatic positioning system, video surveillance system and intelligent control systemIntegrated high-tech loading and unloading equipment. 

Application:
It is mainly used for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of petroleum products, chemical liquids, and liquefied gases between storage tanks, tank trucks, and vessels. Through automatic positioning, intelligent control, and safety interlocking, it enables unattended or semi-automatic operation during the loading and unloading process.

Control layer: Provide vehicle and monitoring information.

On-site level: The batch controller follows the information from the control level to control the start and stop of the loading pump and the flow meter numerical control valve opening and closing.

Ultra-fast alignment: The vision system can automatically identify the irrigation port position within the range of 1.5m × 1.5m, and transmit the coordinate parameters to the PLC in real time to achieve automatic and accurate alignment. The entire process takes no more than 10 seconds.

Safe and simple: after opening the tank mouth, only one key operation is needed. No matter press "Start Alignment" on the local controller or remote DCS system, the system will automatically complete the whole process of alignment, pipe lowering and loading, safe and efficient, and easy to operate.

Safety and environmental protection: when the vertical pipe is lifted, the oil receiving bucket automatically aligns to collect residual liquid, and then the vertical pipe and the oil receiving bucket synchronously return to the initial position to achieve zero leakage and zero pollution, ensuring safe operation and clean environment.
