The FWZ folding bag automatic discharge centrifuge is a brand-new centrifugal filtration equipment with independent intellectual property rights, can completely replace imports, high-performance, automatic discharge, and intermittent operation. The centrifuge meets GMP regulations and is suitable for use in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. It has unique advantages such as not destroying the shape of the product, not crossing the batch of materials, fully automatic program control, cyclic operation, automatic unloading, and no pollution to the material.
working principle
The bag-turning automatic unloading centrifuge structurally divides the rotating component of the traditional horizontal centrifuge into two parts: an inner and an outer shafting that rotate synchronously. The outer shafting is axially fixed, and the inner shafting can move axially under the action of a mechanical device. The filter cloth is bag-shaped, with one end fixed to the big end of the drum of the outer shafting system, and the other end fixed to the small end of the push plate of the inner shafting system. During separation, under the action of centrifugal force, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and the drum, and the solids are retained by the filter cloth to form a filter cake; during unloading, under the action of the synchronous mechanical device, the inner shaft system is pushed out in the axial direction and drives the filter bag to turn over, completing the filter cake unloading and filter cloth regeneration operations. Retract the inner shafting and lock it tightly to enter the next working cycle.
