The MCTL series multi-stage centrifugal extractor is a single multi-stage centrifugal extractor that can realize a multi-stage countercurrent extraction process on one equipment.

working principle

The feed solution with one or more solutes and the immiscible solvents with different densities enter the rotating drums of the multi-stage extractor in reverse directions. In the rotating drum sections of each stage, the two-phase countercurrent extraction results in full mixing, mass transfer and separation, * allowing the solute to enter the solvent from the feed solution to a large extent, achieving the purpose of multi-stage extraction and separation in one extractor.
