working principle

A single cone container is a material collection container where materials are mixed and dried. There is a jacket outside the container, and steam is introduced into the jacket to dry the materials in the container through heat exchange. The driving system is mainly the power source of revolution and rotation of the inner and outer shafting. The driving system drives the relevant gears to rotate through the motor and reducer, the inner shaft drives the double (single) spiral to rotate, the rotation motion drives the material to turn up and down, and the outer shaft drives the double (single) spiral to revolve around the center to turn the material as a whole. The number of spirals is selected as required. The double (single) screw stirring and mixing device is arranged inside the conical container to play the role of stirring and mixing. The screw device turns the materials over to fully mix the materials and shorten the drying time. The main shaft seal is a container-type mechanical seal structure, which can effectively seal the steam generated when the material in the conical container is dried, keeping the equipment in a fully enclosed state. The discharge valve is arranged at the bottom of the conical container, which is conducive to the smooth discharge of materials and is not easy to block. The top of the single-cone container is set with a head structure with good stress. It is generally provided with a feed port, a cleaning port, a mirror, a vacuum suction port, etc. The dust collector is installed on the head. When vacuum is pumped, it can prevent material dust from being sucked away and causing material loss.
