FGD wet flue gas desulfurization technology is commonly used in the desulfurization treatment process of sulfur dioxide generated by production in thermal power plants, waste incineration plants, cement plants and other products. The stone grains produced through the FGD process can be separated from the mother liquor using a GLZ type stone grains centrifuge and washed. The finished product can be used to make stone grains for construction, special stone grains (sound insulation boards, etc.) or as additives and filling materials.
working principle
The motor drives the drum to rotate around the axis of the main shaft through the transmission system, forming a centrifugal force field. The separated suspension flows from the upper feeding pipe through the drum of the distributor, and flows to the wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force. The liquid phase is thrown into the shell space through the filter medium filter holes on the wall of the drum, and is collected in the liquid receiving tank of the chassis. It is discharged through the liquid discharge pipe, and the solid phase remains on the inside of the filter cloth. If washing is needed, washing water is added to the drum through the washing pipe for replacement washing. After dehydration is completed, the drum runs at a low speed, and the scraper automatically rotates and feeds the filter cake layer by layer, and discharges it through the lower discharge port of the drum.
