STP8000-D tester is specially designed for filter/DiFEM RF module testing. Based on the self-developed 4-port modular vector network analyzer (VNA) and customizable RF PorrModule, functions such as S-parameter and switching time testing can be realized. Compared with traditional test solutions, it effectively improves test efficiency and optimizes test costs.
