The two strands of material that are lifted to the upper part merge into the central recess to form a downward material flow, supplementing the gap at the bottom, thus forming a triple mixing effect of convective circulation; The standard conical screw mixer has two mixing screws. In practical applications, single (one long screw) and double can be used according to the size of the equipment.(One or two asymmetrical spirals each long and short), and three (two short and one long symmetrically arranged) spirals; theoretically, the more stirring spirals, the better the mixing effect; the equipment generally adopts a quincum-shaped "misaligned valve", which is closely attached to the bottom of the long spirals, effectively reducing mixing dead angles. The driving forms are available in manual and pneumatic options; according to user needs, butterfly valves, ball valves, star dischargers, edge discharges, etc. can also be installed.
