1. Snap type aluminum alloy shell

The bus duct housing of the Pro D data center is made of aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy, which is light in weight and high in mechanical strength; it effectively avoids the impact of eddy current and hysteresis losses on other electrical and electronic equipment; it can cope with many special occasions easily;

The all-aluminum housing has excellent electrical conductivity, and the overall housing has a grounding capacity of more than 50%;

The surface treatment of the shell adopts sandblasting oxidation, which greatly improves the surface corrosion resistance of the shell and increases the service life of the bus duct;

The unique two-piece clamping structure has better integrity and structural strength than ordinary screw fixing structures, and has a higher level of protection.

2. Intelligent and integrated tapping unit

The Pro D data center busway tapping unit has a full-parameter power quality monitoring function to monitor the bus temperature rise, and is equipped with a communication data interface to collect, count, and upload operating data in real time;

The monitoring unit uses a high-speed data processing chip, which can collect and process data from each monitoring point, and send the data from each monitoring point to the upper computer in real time. The communication protocol can be set according to customer needs. The communication port can be FE interface (10M/100M communication rate), or a 485 communication port can be added.

3. Highly protective insulating socket

The insulating socket is equipped with an internal mis-plugging prevention mechanism. Only a dedicated tapping unit can open the internal mechanism for safe plugging to prevent electric shock accidents caused by misoperation.

The insulating socket insertion holes are arranged in a "straight diagonal" shape to prevent equipment failures caused by wrong phase sequence during tapping unit insertion.
