Product description: The fully automatic R angle machine is mainly suitable for precision grinding of R angles of CNC inserts. It can be used on cemented carbide, cermet, CBN, PCD and other materials. It can save labor, improve efficiency, and greatly improve product quality. The ruler angle can be reduced from 0.05mm to 3 mm, and the repeated grinding accuracy of R angles can reach 0.002mm.

B. Stable operation/strong interference resistance/resistant to high temperature and dust environment.
C. The main shaft and rotating shaft of the equipment adopt high-precision mechanical main shafts, with axial and radial runout ≤ 0.002mm, and a minimum arc of 0.05mm.
D. The overall cast iron base of the equipment and high-precision screw guide rails ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the equipment.
E. The machine comes with a plasticine cleaning function. Improve the machine's visual misjudgment caused by grinding powder adhering to the tip of the knife.
F. The main shaft has its own cooling device to solve the unstable factors caused by the difference between cold and heat engines.
G. You can change the fixture and adjust the grinding wheel fixture to adapt blades with various shapes and rear corners.
The H. R angle machine can also correspond to blades that grind left and right tips at the same time. The equipment comes with a C axis, which can adjust the angle dynamically, making it truly fully automatic.
J. The equipment comes with a detection function, which can detect the current size after each grinding and automatically determine whether back grinding is needed.
