Product information
The dual-arm feeder has a typical X, Y, and Z-axis structure. It has two working modes: Transfer and Feeder. It can cycle clamping, lifting, feeding, lowering, loosening, returning and other actions to achieve rapid handling of plates.
The Transfer method is suitable for conditions with short punching strokes, large spacing between columns, and narrow molds. It is suitable for handling long and thin sheets. The robot X-axis and end pickup jaws can stay inside the punching machine without interfering with each other and occupying punching. Less time is conducive to shortening the beat time of the entire line.
The Feeder feeder mode is suitable for long strokes and small column spacing. Since the end gripper grasps the sheet material from the top of the stack, the overall thickness is large, and the mold opening needs to be large when loading and unloading. The simple running track makes the feeder The clock time is short.
