The conveying automation system is positioned in a Cartesian coordinate system, and the three movements of clamping/loosening, lifting/lowering, and feeding/reversing are all realized by a linear drive module. Adopt pneumatic quick-change device, servo motor drive, fast step response, small repetitive positioning error.
The unstacking machine consists of a loading trolley, a magnetic fan, a unstacking machine, a conveyor and a centering mechanism. The unstacker is controlled by a 2-axis servo motor, and the X axis moves horizontally and the Z axis moves vertically.
Universal tooling is equipped with double blank inspection function. After the blank is in place, the conveyor belt stops, the corresponding servo push rod positions the blank, the feeder picks up the parts, and the push rod is reset.
There is a three-axis feeder in the middle of the production line, and a dual-arm conveying servo feeding system sends the blank from the blanking station/first station to the next station of the mold.
The parts are moved through the crossbar to the last operation and placed on the exit conveyor. The parts are then inspected and packed manually or inspected online and automatically packed.
