Product information

The online oiler is used to uniformly coat drawing oil on the upper and lower surfaces of ordinary steel plates and galvanized steel plates. According to the set mode, deep drawing oil can be sprayed on the upper and lower surfaces of the blank. The spray amount can be adjusted as needed.

The oiler is equipped with a walking system, which is driven by frequency conversion, and travels along the guide rail. It can realize online and offline functions. There is a detection device for driving in and out to realize the whole line interlock. When no oil injection is needed, the oiler is driven by a motor along the track.

Structure:

The oiler system adopts a standard modular design, including a spray gun and control unit, a fuel tank unit, an oil supply unit, a heating unit, an electrical control unit, an oil mist suction unit and a sheet conveying unit.
