an overview
The BZD fixed column rotary jib crane is a new product developed by our factory with reference to the equipment imported from West Germany. It is a special lifting equipment designed according to users 'needs and has a novel structure. reasonable. simple. Easy to operate and use. Flexible turning. With the advantages of large working space, it is energy-saving and efficient material lifting equipment that can be widely used in factories and mines. Production line in the workshop. Loading and unloading assembly lines and machine tools, and lifting several heavy objects in warehouses, docks and other occasions.
This machine has upright columns. Rotating arm and several chain electric hoist. The lower end of the column is fixed on the concrete foundation, and the rotary arm rotates, which can be rotated according to user needs. The swing part is divided into manual swing and electric swing (the cycloid pinwheel reducer is installed on the upper support plate or the lower support plate to drive the rotating tube to rotate the rotating arm). The endless chain electric hoist is installed on the swing arm track and is used to lift heavy objects.

2. Performance parameters and size of the endless chain electric hoist:
See the attached "Operation and Maintenance Instructions" for the electric hoist.
3. Structure and operation
This machine is mainly composed of four parts: column, beam, reducer and chain electric hoist.
The chain electric hoist has the functions of lifting and reciprocating operation on the beam.
The cross beam can have a reducer on the support plate to drive the rotating tube to rotate.
For the electrical part, see the attached drawings: Electrical principles and electrical wiring diagrams. The electrical control box is installed on the chain hoist.
Operation of the machine is achieved through a flashlight door button. There are eight buttons on the flashlight door, which respectively control the horizontal forward and backward movement of the fast-rising, fast-descending, slow-descending, and left-to-right swing car.
Note:
1.& nbsp; During operation, you must not press the speed button and the reverse rotation button of the same motor at the same time
2.& nbsp; While working, no one is allowed to stand under the boom.
3.& nbsp; Never drag heavy objects.
4.& nbsp; Excessive lifting is prohibited.
4. Lifting
For convenient transportation, this machine is disassembled and packaged, and the user installs it himself according to the method introduced in this book (see "Five" Installation)
See Figures 2 and 3 for lifting methods of beams and columns.
5. Installation
Before installation, check the product and technical documents according to the packing list for any defects, loss of activity, bending and twisting deformation of the swing arm beam and shaft corrosion caused during transportation. Bounds, etc. should be corrected or restored separately, and rotating parts such as shafts and bearings should be cleaned and lubricated every six months.
1.& nbsp; When installing columns, the columns should be kept perpendicular to the ground. The screws on the floor board should be tightened firmly and must not be loosened. The floor and the foundation should be well fitted. If electric hoist is equipped, cables and grounding facilities should be embedded in the foundation. The embedded cables should be extracted from the center of the foundation, and the grounding resistance should not exceed 4 ohms.
2.& nbsp; Beam installation
Install the beam in the following order.
1) First lift the beam horizontally, and insert the rotating shaft into the rotary cylinder from the upper and lower supporting plates.
2) Install the reducer on the support plate
3) Install the electric hoist and the walking trolley on the swing arm beam track. (The installation method strictly follows the "Operation and Maintenance Instructions" attached to the chain electric hoist)
4) Install slide rail and wire rope (or C-shaped track) at the top of the beam. (The rope is strung into the sliding ring and tightened. There is a homemade sliding trolley in the C-shaped track, and it should be on the same side as the electrical control box on the endless chain electric hoist.)
5) Connect and install all electrical appliances on the beam with wires, and leave a power cord of appropriate length. (See the electrical schematic diagram and electrical wiring diagram for wiring). The sliding coil or C-shaped track small pulley and the cable are tied and fixed with binding wires respectively.
After the above steps are completed, the overall hoisting of measurement can be carried out
When lifting, follow the lifting method specified in Figure 2.
6. Test run
After all installation is completed, the test run can be carried out.
Before starting the car, add 30 #mechanical oil into the rotary reducer to the neutral position without standard (oil change every six months). During test run, press each button first to check whether the running direction matches the flashlight door indicator. If not, adjust it to match.
No-load test: The electric hoist should run smoothly when running left and right on the beam and lifting up and down. The swing arm beam should be flexible and stable when rotating, and should stop at any position without slipping on its own, and the outer end has a certain upward deflection. F≥R/250(R is the radius of gyration).
Rated load test: Under the rated load condition, the crane hook is at the extreme position farthest from the column to lift the heavy object, and then rotated (electric or manual). The lifting test for 15 minutes. The drop value of the farthest end of the cantilever should not exceed R/125mm.
In order to prevent accidents caused by operation failure, a switch that can cut off the power supply in case of emergency must be installed near the crane. The crane cable should be YZ-500V medium-sized rubber-sheathed cable specified in JB678 -77 (one of them is grounded, so four-core cable should be used).
VII. Use and maintenance
1. Operators should strictly abide by the crane operating procedures and are not allowed to overload.
2. Terminal baffles are not allowed as a normal parking method.
3. The chain or steel rope used to tie the heavy object must be of sufficient strength and be firmly and reliably tied. The sharp angle where the rope or chain passes around the heavy object should be padded. The rope placed on the crane must be in the center of the hook and not slip.
4. The lifting and movement of heavy objects should be carried out vertically. It is prohibited to use electric hoists to drag or forcibly lift heavy objects buried in the ground, and it is not allowed to turn cranes to carry out dragging and impact work.
5. No one is allowed to stand above and no pedestrians are allowed below when lifting heavy objects.
6. Heavy objects should not be suspended in the air when work is completed or at rest.
7. Every half a year, the rotating parts should be re-painted or re-painted with accumulated objects on the lower wing surface of the beam (at the walking track), frame objects, and frame paint if they peel off.
