1. Summary the
1. design and manufacture standards
LD type electric single beam crane (hereinafter referred to as crane) is in accordance with JB/T1306-2024 standard
Designed and manufactured, and used in conjunction with electric hoists in the form of CD1, MD1, HC, HM, etc., it becomes a light and small crane running on the rail. Its applicable lifting capacity is 1 to 32 tons and its applicable span is 7.5 tons.

2. Applicable working environment
Applicable working level of crane: A3~A5;
Working environment temperature-20℃~+40℃;
The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 85%(when the ambient temperature is 25℃); the altitude shall not exceed 1000m;
The working environment is free from fire, explosion hazards and corrosive media;
It is prohibited to hoist molten metal, toxic, flammable and explosive articles.
3. Design service life of the crane
The designed service life of the electric single beam crane shall not be less than 10 years.
II. Structural composition of the crane
The structure of the crane is mainly composed of four parts: a bridge, a cart running mechanism, an electric hoist and an electrical system. The bridge is used to support and move loads laterally along the cart. The bridge consists of two parts: a main beam and an end beam. The main beam and both ends are connected with high-strength bolts.
The electric hoist undertakes the lifting and lowering and longitudinal movement along the main beam track.
The running mechanism adopts a separate drive form, which is completed by an LD type drive device using a "one-open-one-close" toothed wheel reduction transmission or a three-in-one drive device directly driving the driving wheel set.
The electrical system consists of a main loop and a control loop.
1. bridge
The main beam is made of U-channel steel rolled into steel plates, and then welded with I-steel to form a box-shaped solid web beam. The end beam is also rolled into U-channel steel plates, and then welded into a box-shaped end beam; the main beam and end beam can also be used in box beam structure. For convenient storage and transportation, a bolt and shear flange connection structure or a seat structure is used between the main and end beams, which is convenient to install and transport and storage.
2. electric hoist
The electric hoist is used to lift heavy objects and move them longitudinally along the main beam. See the relevant electric hoist instructions for its structural characteristics.
3. traveling mechanism
This product adopts a separate drive form. The drive and braking are completed by an LD type drive device or a three-in-one drive device. The transmission adopts an "one-open-one-close" type gear transmission or a three-in-one drive device. Its advantage is that it can reduce Track wear caused by wheel skew and deviation, and wheel climbing failures are not easy to occur.
4. electrical equipment
The supporting running motors of this product include single-speed conical braking motors or variable frequency motors (used for running speeds of 20, 30, and 45 meters per minute, other special speed requirements can be specially designed for users);
There are two control methods: ground control and control room control;
The electric hoist and the entire crane are equipped with safety devices, such as overload limiters, lifting limit switches, end limit switches, etc.

3. Safety and protective devices for cranes
In order to ensure the safe operation of the crane, the crane has been equipped with corresponding safety protection devices during design and manufacturing, which are sensitive and reliable, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe use of users.
1. safety braking device
Conical brake: The conical brake is a mechanism integrated with the conical motor. The braking principle is that when the motor is connected to the power supply, electromagnetic force is generated between the stator and the rotor of the motor. Since the stator has a conical surface, the F force relative to the conical surface can be decomposed into a radial component and an axial component; the air gap between the stator and the stator is uniform and the magnetic force is symmetrical, and the radial components cancel each other out.
2. Track end stops and buffers
Track end stops are safety devices installed to prevent cranes from derailing from both ends of the track. Track end stops require firm and reliable installation, which can effectively prevent the derailing of cranes.
End stops are also provided at both ends of the I-beam track on which the electric hoist runs, and their position and height are compatible with the running trolley of the electric hoist. The bumper made of rubber material is installed on the end stop of the trolley.
Polyurethane or rubber buffers are installed at both ends of the cart end beam, and a travel switch is installed on the end beam to ensure that the cart comes into contact with the car stop and stops running when the power supply is cut off.
3. stopper
The lifting limiter ensures that when the spreader is lifted to the upper limit position, the lifting power supply can be automatically cut off, the lifting action can be stopped immediately, and then only run in the opposite direction. The lifting limiter is of great importance to the safe operation of the crane. If it fails, it will lead to serious accidents. Therefore, monthly, annual and daily inspections must be carefully inspected. During inspection, the hoisting accessory is lifted to the upper limit position in a no-load state, and the electric hoist can automatically stop the lifting action, which means that it is in good condition. The rise position limiter must not be used as a parking switch when using it in normal times.
4. operating limit limiter
The operating limit position limiter consists of a travel switch and a safety gauge. The travel limit switch is installed on the crane (the cart travel switch is installed on the end beam), and the safety gauge is installed on the rail support beam (main beam) or the wall and does not hinder the operation of the crane. When the crane moves to a certain stop from the end of the track
When at a distance, if the brake is not cut off for some reason, the safety ruler touches the contact of the travel switch, and the crane will cut off the power and brake itself.
The operating limit position limiter is an important device to ensure the safe operation of the crane. It must not be disassembled by itself and must be kept sensitive and reliable.
5. under-voltage protection
The motors used in cranes cannot be used at a power supply voltage below 90% of the rated voltage value. Because the torque of the motor is proportional to the square of the voltage, when the voltage drops slightly, the torque drops much. If the load does not change, the motor is running under overload, and the motor may be burned out over time. Therefore, the power supply of the motor must be turned on and off through a contactor. The contactor has the function of loss of voltage protection. When there is a power outage or the voltage is too low, the magnetic force of the contactor iron core is too small, and the contactor cannot be closed (or the brake is lifted), thus achieving automatic parking. When the power supply voltage returns to normal, the motor cannot start on its own, and it is still necessary to press the button switch to close the contactor contacts to start the motor. The loss of pressure protection of the contactor prevents accidents.
6. wrong phase protection
In order to avoid accidents and accidents caused by the wrong phase connection of the electric hoist when rewiring after maintenance, a comprehensive protector has been added to prompt the phase sequence to be changed again.
