1. core advantages

2. process flow
(1) After the mixer truck returns to the mixing station, use the recycled circulating water from the new concrete decomposition and recycling equipment to clean the tank of the mixer truck.
(2) After stirring and cleaning, unload the mixture in the tank into the recovery station separation screw, and use an ore screen to separate sand and gravel.
(3) Transfer the gravel belt from the ore plates to the gravel outlet.
(4) Spirally transfer the sand separated by the ore sieve to the sand outlet.
(5) Use a cyclone separator to put the separated slurry water into a water storage tank.
(6) The water slurry enters a steel plate paddle water tank with a stirrer, and the stirrer automatically mixes it regularly to prevent the water slurry from settling and solidifying.
(7) Use pipeline transfer pumps to automatically transfer recycled water to the transfer storage box of the mixing building.
(8) The concrete recycling and cleaning process will be fully automatic system operation.
3. System composition and purpose
The third generation (sand and gravel separation + slurry and water recovery) system consists of sand and gravel separation system, slurry and water recovery system, pipeline transportation system, and control system. The sand and gravel separation system includes guide troughs, ore spiral screens, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, cyclone separators, etc. The slurry water recovery system consists of slurry water storage parts such as slurry water tanks, primary water tanks and secondary water tanks. It can intermittently stir the recovered slurry water to prevent precipitation.
The specific functions of each component are as follows:
1)guide chute: When the mixer truck returns to the station, it fills the waste into the guide trough after adding water. 2-5 vehicles can be designed to clean at the same time.
2)ore spiral screen: Waste passes through here for gravel separation.
3)belt conveyor: Send the gravel separated by the ore spiral screen to the stacking area.
4)screw conveyor: Decompose the coarse sand in the water slurry and transport it to the sand stacking area.
5)cyclone separator: Quickly decompose fine sand particles in the water slurry transported from the secondary water tank.
6)slurry tank: The final treated slurry water is stored here, and the recycled water can be used for production through the mixing building control room. The tank is equipped with a stirrer for regular mixing. A pneumatic valve is installed below the tank to regularly discharge the thick slurry water that has settled at the bottom of the tank into a water tank for regular circulation, ensuring a relatively constant concentration of slurry water and solving the problem of regular cleaning of the traditional underground slurry pond as it accumulates thicker and thicker. 7)underground water tank: The water slurry decomposed by the sand and gravel separator flows into the water tank and is then transported to the cyclone separator by the mortar pump.
