The IW8022 data acquisition controller is a high-performance data acquisition and controller that can realize 8-channel synchronous high-precision (16bit) high-speed (200ksps) analog acquisition. It also has 8 digital input channels and digital output channels. Adopt Gigabit Ethernet interface to realize data collection and automated control through the network. The data collector has two built-in amplifiers that can be directly connected to the sensor for measurement. There are many types of amplifiers available, including charge amplifiers, strain amplifiers, and 0~±20mA/0~±5V/0~±10V/input.
In addition to achieving standard data collector tasks, this collector can also provide customized software for customers, such as automated equipment test control, highway dynamic weighing data acquisition and analysis calculation (WIM), which can be customized according to customer needs.

- Industrial-grade design, aluminum alloy housing for heat dissipation, high-performance interference suppression and overvoltage and overcurrent protection;
- High-performance FPGA control, multi-task execution in real time, no delay error;
- High-speed and high-precision synchronous acquisition, 8 ADC channels work independently to achieve a sampling rate of 16Bit 200ksps;
- 8 DO outputs, each capable of providing 24V@2A current driving capability, with a maximum pulse rate of 500kHz;
- 8 DI inputs, 1KHz pulse rate;
- Gigabit Ethernet communication interface.

1) The front panel CH1 ~ CH8 is connected to eight signal channels
2) The rear panel includes eight digital input ports and eight digital output ports
3) The power input can be input from the POWER DIN4 plug or from the terminal. 24V and GND can be connected to either of them.
