Product information
CAK-13[C] CNC CNC non-rolling wheel lathe is suitable for all types of railway rolling stock (including railway high-power locomotives,
Electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, railway passenger cars), distributed power EMU, concentrated power EMU, large road maintenance machinery
Vehicles, subway vehicles, tram vehicles, and subway engineering track vehicles shall be subject to the conditions that the wheels of the vehicle wheelsets are not disassembled
Repairs and treads, lathes the friction surface of the brake disc, and is suitable for the repair and processing of single wheel sets.
This non-rolling wheel lathe is installed in the non-rolling wheel lathe warehouse at the vehicle base. The layout plan is as shown in the attached drawing. The equipment layout takes into account the installation and maintenance space, and the owner reserves the right to modify the layout.

CAK-13[C] Floor layout of CNC non-drop wheel lathe in wheel lathe library
CAK-13[C]CNC CNC non-drop wheel lathe has the function of turning wheel treads and rims of wheelsets with external axle boxes. It is suitable for turning and processing wheelsets and brake discs of railway rolling stock (including railway high-power locomotives and railway passenger cars), distributed power EMU, concentrated power EMU, subway vehicles, tram vehicles, and engineering track vehicles.
The equipment has basic functions such as automatic measurement, processing, data recording and storage, report printing, fault diagnosis, iron scrap crushing and discharging, and automatic lubrication. The equipment control system adopts CNC CNC system, which has the function of programming the contour shape curves of different wheelsets. The traction and alignment of the vehicle during wheel turning is completed by the highway-rail dual-purpose vehicle.
For the lathing of large-scale road maintenance machinery vehicles, except for the hydraulic transmission transmission shaft, large-scale road maintenance machinery vehicles can be turned and processed on the wheel lathe without having to remove any parts on the bogie and the car body.
Can be used for:
1) Lathing the wheel tread, rim and rim surface of a single wheel set of the vehicle under the condition that the entire train is not separated and any train less than a six-car train is not allowed to fall on the bogie wheel set;
2) Carry out non-wheel processing on the single wheelset on the bogie that has been dropped;
3) Processing single wheelsets with lowered wheels and axle boxes;
4) Lathe tread and rim of single wheelset of engineering rail vehicles (such as diesel locomotives, electric engineering vehicles, catenary operation vehicles, and flatbed vehicles) without falling wheels. Fixtures consider the applicability of electric buses and engineering vehicles。
