The complete plate-type sterilization device is suitable for the continuous sterilization of dairy, beverage, juice, wine or similar liquid materials, so that the materials can be sterilized and cooled to achieve the ideal equipment for extending the shelf life. This equipment can be designed according to the user's heating, sterilization, insulation, cooling and other different process requirements to achieve the process requirements, and can be supplemented by high-precision automatic control systems (intelligent instruments or PLC) and safety measures. The entire system is flexible and stable and reliable during operation. At the same time, a heat recovery section is designed with high heat recovery efficiency, so this is a quite energy-saving equipment.

1. Pasteurized HTST sterilization equipment

 It is suitable for heating, sterilizing, insulating and cooling of heat-sensitive liquids such as fresh milk, juice drinks, and alcohol. This equipment has the characteristics of high heat recovery, a recovery rate of 90%, energy conservation and consumption reduction, compact structure, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Production capacity:0.5~20t/h; sterilization temperature:85~95C; insulation time:15~30s; control method: manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic. 2. Plate high-temperature HTST sterilization complete equipment

 This complete plate-type sterilization equipment has the characteristics of high temperature and instantaneous. The sterilization temperature is between Babilized and ultra-high temperature. It is suitable for continuous sterilization of fresh milk, soy milk, fat tofu and other liquids. After the materials are filtered, it is preheated through this equipment., sterilization, heat preservation and cooling purposes, and is the first choice for all medium-sized food production enterprises or above. 3. Plate ultra-high temperature instant sterilization UHT program-controlled complete equipment
