Xindingge Tea Packaging Machine Main Push Cylinder
I. Positioning
A core power actuator component of tea packaging machines. It is responsible for driving the pressure head to complete the axial high-thrust compaction action of loose tea, pressing the tea raw materials into fixed-specification tea cakes, tea bricks or tea bags. It is a key functional component that ensures uniform density and regular shaping of packaged tea.

1、High-Thrust Compaction for Regular Tea ShapingAiming at the high-density requirement of tea packaging, it adopts a large cylinder bore + high-strength piston rod design, with a single-cylinder thrust of 5-20 tons, which can stably output uniform pressure to ensure consistent density and regular edges of tea cakes/tea bricks. The cylinder barrel is made of 45# thick-walled seamless steel pipe, processed by integral quenching and tempering heat treatment, with excellent deformation resistance and fatigue resistance, and no pressure relief or loosening during long-term high-frequency compaction operations.
2、Corrosion and Pollution Resistance for Tea Processing EnvironmentThe cylinder surface adopts food-grade environmental protection spraying technology, with no harmful substances precipitated, meeting the hygiene standards of tea processing. The piston rod is treated with hard chrome plating + polishing, with a plating thickness of ≥ 0.05mm, and the surface is smooth and easy to clean, avoiding the adhesion and accumulation of tea crumbs. The seals are selected from food-grade oil-resistant rubber rings to prevent hydraulic oil leakage from polluting tea raw materials, with a seal failure rate of less than 0.2%.
3、Precise Stroke Control for Multi-Specification Packaging NeedsSupports full-parameter customization including installation method (top flange type/hinge type), stroke length, rated thrust, pressure head connection interface, etc. The cylinder stroke and thrust parameters can be tailor-made according to the customer's tea specifications (tea cakes and tea bags of different weights/sizes). Equipped with a stroke limit device, the positioning accuracy error of the pressure head is ≤ 1mm, ensuring uniform shaping size of each batch of tea products. The model can be completely marked in accordance with the customer's naming convention to ensure seamless docking with the packaging machine control system.
