Laboratory API hot air circulation oven
working principle
The laboratory API hot air circulation oven adopts a fan circulation air supply method. The air supply motor drives the wind wheel to be heated by the heater and then sent to the inner chamber of the oven. The used air is recycled and recycled through the air duct. This circulation system can quickly restore temperature stability and ensure indoor temperature uniformity. Especially when opening and closing doors cause temperature fluctuations, the system can quickly adjust to the set value.

1. The hot air circulation oven is composed of angle steel, stainless steel plate and cold steel plate. The insulation layer is filled with high-density aluminum silicate cotton, which ensures the insulation of the oven and the safety of users.
2. The heater installation position can be the bottom, top or both sides.
3. Use digital intelligent meters to control temperature. There are two air duct designs for the hot air circulation oven: horizontal air supply and vertical air supply!

Hot air ovens are suitable for baking chemical gases and food processing items to be baked, curing inks, drying paint films, etc., and are widely used in precision baking, drying, tempering, preheating, shaping, processing, etc. of electronics, motors, communications, electroplating, plastics, hardware chemicals, instruments, printing, pharmaceuticals, PC boards, powders, impregnation, spraying, glass, wood and building materials, etc.; internal heat circulation allows the baked items to be heated evenly.

technical parameters
1. Heating heat source: both steam, electricity, far infrared and electric steam.
2. Operating temperature: Steam heating: 50-140℃, the maximum is 150℃. Electric and far infrared heating temperature is 50-350℃.
3. Equipped with automatic control system and computer control system.
4. Commonly used steam pressure 0.02-0.8Mpa (0.2-8kgf/cm²).
5. Equipped with electric heating, calculated as 15kw according to type I, and practical 5-8kw/h.
6. Special requirements are indicated at the time of ordering.
7. If the operating temperature is greater than 140℃ or less than 60℃, it must be noted when ordering.
8. The drying pan size is uniform and interchangeable.
