By improving the wetting and adsorption properties of the plating solution on the surface of the workpiece, it promotes the uniform deposition of the coating, ensures comprehensive plating of complex structural workpieces (such as corners, gaps, blind holes, etc.), significantly improves the integrity and pass rate of the coating, and is widely applicable. It is widely applicable to plating processing scenarios such as galvanizing, nickel plating, and chromium plating of various steel parts.
1. Core functions
Powerful leak-proof plating: Quickly penetrate and remove traces of oil and oxide impurities remaining on the surface of the workpiece, destroy the surface tension, improve the wetting ability of the plating solution to the workpiece, ensure that the plating solution fully covers all parts of the workpiece, and eliminate defects such as missing plating and exposed bottom from the source.
Optimize coating quality: Promote the uniform deposition of metal ions in the coating, make the coating more dense and smooth, reduce pinholes, bubbles, burrs and other problems, improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating, and extend the service life of the workpiece.
Stabilize plating bath properties: It has good complexing and dispersing effect, which can inhibit the precipitation of impurity ions in the plating solution, delay the aging of the plating solution, maintain the stability of the plating solution composition, and reduce the maintenance cost and replacement frequency of the plating solution.

4. Usage method
addition ratio: According to the type of plating bath and workpiece conditions, the recommended addition amount is 0.5%-2% of the total plating bath; when the first use or the plating leakage problem is serious, it can be appropriately increased to 2%-3%, and then replenished as needed.
adding method: Directly pour this product into the plating solution slowly, and at the same time turn on the plating solution stirring device. After stirring evenly, the plating operation can be carried out normally.
precautions: Before adding, it is recommended to test the pH of the plating solution to ensure that the plating solution is within the normal process range (pH 1-5 in acidic plating solution, pH 8-12 in alkaline plating solution); if there are too many impurities in the plating solution, it is recommended to filter it first and then add it.
5. Matters needing attention
This product is a chemical additive and needs to be stored in a sealed manner in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from fire sources and heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight.
Keep away from children and unrelated personnel when storing and using. It is recommended to wear protective gloves and protective glasses when operating to avoid direct contact with skin and mucous membranes; if you come into contact accidentally, you need to immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical treatment if necessary.
It is forbidden to mix it with strong oxidants, strong acids, strong bases and other substances to store or use it to avoid chemical reactions.
The product should be used as soon as possible after opening, and the unused parts should be strictly sealed to prevent volatilization and pollution.
The specific addition amount can be fine-tuned according to the actual production process, plating solution state and workpiece characteristics. It is recommended to conduct small batch tests before first use to determine the optimal addition ratio.
