working principle
Wet materials are continuously added from the feeder to the first drying tray in the upper part of the dryer, and the rake arm with rake blades makes a rotary motion to make the rake blades continuously turn over the materials. The material flows along the surface of the drying pan along an exponential spiral. The material on the small drying pan is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying pan below. On the large drying pan, the material moves inward and falls from the middle. The material inlet falls into the next small drying pan. Large and small drying trays are arranged alternately up and down so that the material can flow continuously through the entire dryer. Heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying plate. The heating medium takes the form of saturated steam, hot water, heat transfer oil and high-temperature molten salt. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and is led out from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of drying pan to the collecting pan, and is finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake blades for discharge. Wet content overflows from the material and is discharged through the moisture discharge port arranged on the top cover. The wet content of the vacuum type tray dryer is extracted through the vacuum port arranged on the top cover. Dry material discharged from the bottom layer can be packaged directly. By adding auxiliary machines such as finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, pre-dryers, and induced draft fans, its drying production capacity can be improved. By drying paste and heat-sensitive materials, solvents can be easily recovered, and heating can be carried out., cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis and reaction operations.

1)Easy to control
The drying process can be achieved ideal by adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the speed of the spindle, the number of harrow arms, and the type and size of the harrow blades. Each layer of drying pan can be separately introduced with cold and hot media to cool or heat the material, accurately and easily control the material temperature. Accurately adjust the retention time of materials. The material flow direction is single, there is no back-mixing phenomenon, and it is dried evenly without mixing.
2)convenient operation
Driving and stopping the dryer is very simple. After the feeding is stopped, the raking blades that convey the material can quickly empty the material in the dryer. Through the special large-scale inspection door mirror, the inside of the equipment can be carefully cleaned and observed.
3)low energy consumption
The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, and the material conveying system requires less power and consumes less power. Drying is carried out with conductive heat, with high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
4)Environmental Protection
Atmospheric type: the air flow speed in the equipment is low, and the humidity in the equipment is high and low, and the dust is difficult to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top humidity outlet al* does not contain dust.
Closed type: Equipped with a solvent recovery device, it can easily recover organic solvents in hygroscopic gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and the recovery rate is high. For flammable, explosive, toxic and easily oxidized materials, protective gas can be used as a moisture-carrying gas for closed-circuit circulation to make it safe to operate. Especially suitable for drying flammable, explosive and toxic materials.
Vacuum type: Disc dryer operated under vacuum, especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
5)convenient installation
The entire dryer is shipped out of the factory and transported as a whole. It only needs to be hoisted in place, and the installation and positioning are very easy. Due to the layer-type layout and vertical installation, even if the drying area is large, the floor area is also small.
