Starex washing machine series is suitable for low-tension fabric running. It features high automation control, excellent process reproducibility, high energy efficiency and environmental protection, and is applicable to the washing field of ultra-fine sensitive fabrics. It is mainly used for degreasing, shrinking and scouring pretreatment of high-end knitted chemical fiber fabrics (polyester, nylon).

To meet the production process requirements of different fabric types, it supports flexible selection and configuration of standard washing units, as well as customized control modes. Additionally, the structure of unit tanks can be customized to accommodate the special process needs of new fabric varieties.

Application Scope: Degreasing, shrinking & scouring, leveling

Applicable Fabrics: Knitted fabrics, 100% polyester, polyester-spandex blends, 100% nylon, nylon-spandex blends, and other chemical fiber fabrics.
