PCB coating belt dryer
working principle
The materials in the hopper are evenly spread on the stainless steel wire mesh by the feeder, and the transmission motor drives the mesh belt to move at a uniform speed in the drying box. The drying section consists of several units. Hot air circulates horizontally in two (or several) units. Fresh air enters by a fan and is heated by a heat exchanger. The hot air passes through the material layer to exchange heat with the material, enters the lower chamber, and then flows to the next unit. The cooled hot air is then heated again by the heat exchanger. The hot air penetrates the mesh belt and exchanges heat with the material again. The hot and humid air is discharged by the moisture removal fan to complete the drying. The number of units of each dryer can be based on the characteristics of the material.
