Coffee powder wet mixing granulator
working principle
The coffee powder wet mixing granulator uses wet granulation method to mix the material evenly with the binder and wetting agent, and then uses a high-speed rotating blade to shear, impact and squeeze the material to form a granular product. At the same time, during the wet granulation process, the uniformity and stability of the granules can be improved because the material and binder are fully mixed.

1. It adopts a horizontal cylinder structure to fully seal the drive shaft and can be switched to water during cleaning.
2. Fluidized granulation, the granulation is approximately spherical and has good fluidity.
3. Compared with traditional processes, the binder is reduced by 25% and the drying time is shortened.
4. Each batch takes 2 minutes for dry mixing, and 1-4 minutes for granulation. The efficiency is 4-5 times higher than that of traditional processes.
5. Completed in the same closed container, dry mixing-wet mixing-granulation, the process is reduced and conforms to GMP specifications.
