working principle
In the glyphosate rake dryer, the object to be dried is added from the top and middle of the shell. Under the stirring of the rake teeth that rotate forward and backward, the material moves back and forth axially, and the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated. It is indirectly heated by steam., the even stirring of the rake teeth, and the crushing of the crushing rod allow the moisture on the surface of the material to be discharged more favorably. The vaporized water passes through a dry dust remover, a wet dust remover, and a condenser, and is exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump. Suitable materials for rake dryer: materials below 100 mesh, pigments, mud-like materials, soda ash detergent, alkali stone starch, dye pigments, clay ash, etc.
The simultaneous heating method of interlayer and internal stirring is adopted, which has a large heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency. Especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials. The materials to be dried are in the form of slurry, paste, granular, powder or fiber, and are widely used in the production process of solid sodium alcohol. Stir is set to form a continuous circulation state of the material in the cylinder, further improving the uniformity of heating of the material.
