FRITSCH was established in 1926 and headquartered in MarktEinersheim, Bavaria, Germany. It is a world-renowned manufacturer of baking processing equipment. It provides customized production lines for small and medium-sized baking producers, suitable for the production of bread, meal bags, croissants, crisp pastries, pizza, cake blanks, alkaline bread and other baking products.

In 1926, Fridge was founded in the Czech Republic.
In 1956, when the dough sheeting machine roll was launched, Fridge also ushered in its first technical milestone.
In 1982, with the launch of Croissant 2000, Fridge entered the field of industrial croissant bread.
In 1987, the IMPRESSA production line was born.
In 1992, the Frich Technology Center was established.
MULTITIST debuted in 2000, and to this day, it is a popular product of Fridge.
Over the years, Fridge has been focusing on processing solutions with high flexibility and gentle dough. In 2010, vacuum coiling machine CSV came into being, and a fully automatic bending robot and high-performance croissant production line CCT for croissants were successively launched.
In the following years, Fridge continued to upgrade its equipment to provide craft bakeries and industrial-grade baking producers with the solutions they needed for high-quality baking products.
Starting from August 1, 2019, Fridge officially became a member of the Modivic Group. In the same year, the product decoration unit PDU was launched.
In 2022, the new generation of ROLLFIX 3.0 will be launched, with a new design and easier to operate.
