ANCA is a CNC grinding machine manufacturer founded in 1974. It is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and currently employs more than 1,000 people.

ANCA founders Pat McCluskey and Pat Boland purchased a mini computer for $4000. Their original idea was to replace the hard-wired control system at the time with a standard computer. Adding computers to numerical control (NC) systems to achieve computer numerical control (CNC) systems is a technology that is more powerful and flexible than hard-wired logic designs at the time.

Today, ANCA has become a booming multinational company. It is a professional manufacturer of CNC tool grinders, CNC systems and sheet metal processing, and its products have spread all over the world. Serving niche markets in the tool industry, 99% of our products are exported to 45 countries around the world. Branches throughout the UK, Germany, China, Thailand, India, Japan, Brazil and the United States. It also has a global network of agents and agents.
