Tecnorama develops and manufactures systems for laboratories that accurately determine the exact recipes that need to be sent to the dyeing machine to avoid re-squaring and re-dyeing during the production stage.

Tecnorama provides a system for automated titration and dissolution of dyes and chemicals (liquids and solids), as well as titration to designated locations for use after dissolution. In addition, through the Dos Dye system, all textile materials can be dyed in laboratories and small-scale production.

Our fully automated system is the result of research by our internal R & D department and aims to provide the market with innovative solutions that always improve the quality and productivity of all dyeing plant processes.

Each year, the majority of the company's investments are aimed at developing new projects and technologies, with a special focus on their impact on the environment. Tecnorama focuses on sustainability issues, so it is a supporter of the Sustainable Technology project, which aims to promote ecologically efficient and effective solutions that deliver substantial benefits while reducing production costs. Within this framework, the company received the ACIMIT green label-an energy/environment label developed by the Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers Association and approved by the international ** agency RINA*.
