Aumatech of San Salvo is located in Chieti Province of Abruzzo, Italy. It was founded in 2011 by Marco Monaco, Luigi Ciancaglini and Luigi Tereo, all of whom have 20 years of experience in machine design and manufacturing in the automotive industry. The company has been focusing on technical research and selecting local suppliers with specific expertise to win the trust of customers. Today, Aumatech machines used to produce windshields, rear windows, fuel tanks, plastic automotive exterior parts and composite containers are sold in Europe, Brazil, China, Russia and the United States, and are used by carmakers such as Bentley, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW and Fiat Chrysler. Each machine is designed and manufactured in-house and tested in front of customers, ensuring installation and assistance in any country in the world. The option of investing even when the market was in crisis and did not support the company's growth rate proved to be a winner: due to increasing turnover and personnel, it was necessary to build a new factory in 2017.
