Dexima is a cutting-edge brand in the global shoe industry.
Continuous upper injection molding technology: plasticized sole material is directly injected and penetrates the upper. The result is: optimal sole adhesion and highest quality with the upper. The sole material flows around the upper. Continuous injection molding is an environmentally friendly and humane production system.
The Dexima cold bonding automated assembly line uses automated industrial robots to carry out a series of automated processing of sports shoes, casual shoes, business leather shoes, work shoes, etc. using cold bonding technology, making product quality more stable, improving shoes, and reducing human inhalation. The harm of dust reduces errors caused by human fatigue and improves production efficiency.
1946 Founded by Mr. Herbert Ludwig, the shoe machine brand name is DESCO.
1953 The brand was changed to "Dexima". The first rubber continuous injection molding machine and mold were developed.
1959 The first PVC continuous injection machine was introduced.
Processes in the fields of rubber injection and foaming technology developed in 1960.
1970 Dexima became a market leader in shoe machinery and molds, especially due to advanced PU-PVC technology.
1996 Dexima invested a lot of investment in design process development and mold manufacturing, and launched unprecedented development results in the footwear industry to the world. Dexima celebrates the company's 50th anniversary.
2003 Dexma (Guangzhou) Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. was established. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dexma Germany integrating parts sales and technical services. Texas China is rooted in tradition and looks to the future.
In June 2020, a new "Factory of the Future" building was completed at the DESMA office premises. The production complex covers an area of 12,000 square meters and has three areas, as well as a three-story office building with an area of 4500 square meters.
2021 Desma is 75 years old! Dedicated to the shoe industry for 75 years.
In the 1950s, the German Special Machinery Company (DESMA for short), founded by Herbert Ludwig in June 1946, developed a vulcanization press that revolutionized the production of shoes: It connected the sole and upper in just a few minutes, paving the way for the groundbreaking process of direct shoe making.
In the decades that followed, DESMA continued to optimize the process. From the original manually operated machine to the current completion of complex, highly automated rotary tables, there can be up to 36 different workstations. This success can be expressed in numbers: of the 24 billion pairs of shoes sold globally each year, every 10 pairs are produced through direct shoemaking processes.
In the 1980s, DESMA introduced robots to assist in the production process. Long before people started thinking about Industry 4.0, machines and robots were integrated into one network. These days, DESMA has "upgraded" more than 1500 robots with software and tools to meet the needs of the footwear industry.
Many customers now entrust their production to DESMA Automation Solutions. The amir system plays a key role in integrating robots with automated material supplies. In addition to automation, we have also proposed innovative solutions to address the general trend of customization. New injection molding technology and our own mold-making workshop allow us to offer a wide range of designs and colors, highly diverse material combinations, and varying degrees of hardness and shock absorption.
