Ube Kokyo Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1914 on the basis of its predecessor, Ube Shinkawa Iron and Steel Works. Since 1942, it has become the machinery division of its parent company Ube Keiko Machinery Co., Ltd., and separated from Ube Keiko Machinery Co., Ltd. in April 2000 to become Ube Keiko Machinery Co., Ltd. The company conducts business on a global scale. As part of its global strategy, Ube Kokyo Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai in 2001 to provide high-quality Shanghai assembly and die-casting machines to China customers and sell all machinery and equipment produced by the Japanese parent company.

1999 Established Ube Kokyo Machinery Co., Ltd. independently from the machinery department of Ube Kokyo Machinery Co., Ltd.

2001 China·Shanghai established Ube Xingchang Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
2006 Launched sales of the "UH1250" die-casting machine with the world's smallest setting area using a 2-plate hybrid mold clamping device
2010 Launched sales of "UB-iV series" die-casting machines
2022 The company name is changed to UBE Mašannai Ltd.
