Intekplus was established in 1995, with its headquarters in Daejeon, South Korea, and branches in China, the United States, Japan and other places. Listed on the Korea Stock Exchange in 2011. Intekplus was established in South Korea in 1995. In 2003, it used MOIRE technology to develop contactless 3D inspection modules. In 2003, it developed fully automatic semiconductor appearance inspection equipment (iPIS series). In 2009, it developed appearance inspection equipment for solar energy and LED products. In 2011, LCD panel and display inspection modules were also developed. In 2017, it developed automated system inspection equipment in the automotive and battery fields. With the rapid development of the semiconductor industry, Ipis-340HX, which was shipped in advanced packaging forms in 2019, was successfully developed. Since its establishment 26 years ago, it has only focused on the development of appearance visual inspection equipment, striving to serve users around the world with more accurate and efficient equipment.
