Founded in 1935 in Otomo, Japan by its founder Koji Nomura, it started with a semi-automatic small lathe and developed rapidly with its excellent quality.
In the mid-1970s, it began to focus on NC-controlled Swiss-type moving CNC slitting lathes as its main business. With its advanced technology and excellent quality leading its peers, it has won unanimous recognition and respect from the market and customers.
In early 2014, it was renamed Nomura DS and was assembled and produced by South Korea's Dacheng Hi-Tech. Nomura has always adhered to high rigidity and high precision and provided high-quality services to customers.
