Arbin Company was established in 1991 and is headquartered in the University Town of Texas, USA, covering an area of more than 18000 square meters. Arbin Instruments is one of the fastest-growing manufacturers of test equipment in the global energy sector. Arbin's Beijing Representative Office was established in 1997. It is the first foreign-funded enterprise in the industry to enter the the mainland of China market; it is mainly responsible for the development and business contacts of the China market.

Abin Instruments (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Abin Instruments (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Arbin Company established in China. They were established in 1999 and 2001 respectively. They are R & D centers established by Abin Company in the Asia-Pacific region. They are also responsible for technical services for customers in the mainland of China, Hong Kong and Macao, and are responsible for the installation and debugging of new machines of all equipment, training on the operation and use of special test software, equipment warranty and maintenance.

Over the past three decades, we have established close business relations with nearly 700 enterprises, universities, scientific research institutes and authoritative battery testing institutions in more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country, with more than 2000 devices operating among these customers, and this customer base is still expanding.
