Aceri is a manufacturing and repairing machinery company founded in the city of Lucca in 1944 by Mr. Alvaro Celli. In 1979, the first nonwoven fabric winding machine was produced. In 2003, two cousins, Mr. Mauro Celli and Mr. Alessandro Celli, who are now the presidents of the two companies, decided to reorganize the family business founded by Mr. Alvaro Celli into Aceri Paper Equipment Co., Ltd. and Aceri Nonwoven Equipment Co., Ltd., serving the toilet paper and cardboard market and the non-woven market respectively. During this growth process, the first U.S. branch was established in 1993, the Shanghai branch was established in 2001, the Turkish branch was established in 2016, the Foshan branch was established in 2019, and the famous Piedmont company PMT was acquired in 2020, all of which laid the foundation for the success of the Asiali Group.
