Founded in 2020 by international experts in the field of silicon-based terahertz integrated circuits, Terapark Technology is located in the free trade zone of Jiangbei New District, Nanjing, which has mastered the international leading core technology of CMOS terahertz chips and related application systems, whose frequency covers from 100GHz to 1THz. It is an enterprise with the research and development capability of commercial silicon-based terahertz chips, which has successively launched I/II/III/IV/V(60-800GHz) commercial emitter and detector chips by reaching the international leading level. 

Terahertz technology has been used in the field of aerospace remote sensing for years. Due to the high implementation cost, this technology has not been widely promoted in the civil market. The silicon-based terahertz chip technology is a new technology developed from international academic circles in recent 15 years, with advantageous cost performance. The innovative chip design of Terapark Team is based on mature mass-produced CMOS process, which breaks through the limitations of low integration, low yield and high cost of the existing compound semiconductor process, breaks the dependence of terahertz sensor manufacturing on a single process, and opens the technical door for the promotion of the civilian market.

To accelerate the terahertz chip and empower the industrial detection industry, it has put the self-developed chip into application products, namely, FalconWave® series terahertz industrial detection modules and instruments, which combines the world's advanced detection concepts with the actual detection needs, then applies it to the field of industrial nondestructive testing by serving customers in aviation materials, semiconductor materials, photovoltaic cells, power batteries, tobacco, packaging and high-precision liquid level industries in depth. Thanks to cutting-edge technology and highly competitive products, it is supported by many capitals, which greatly accelerates the landing speed of products.
