COMOLI was founded in 1927 by Carlo COMOLI and is a machinery workshop that produces and sells various mechanical parts. After World War II, COMOLI stepped up the construction of textile machinery, partnering with SNIA VISCOSA of Italy, then Europe's major viscose and polyamide producer, to provide and license the construction of rewinding and cone machines.
In the early 1960s, COMOLI entered the global textile machinery market and established a strong cooperative relationship with ZINSER GmbH, an important European textile machinery manufacturer, which was integrated in the early 1970s. All of this will help establish a stable and reputable position in the coming years, with a special relationship with the manufacturing of winding machines for synthetic filaments.
Since 2002, COMOLI has produced and sold a complete draw and winding machine production line for filament and sock yarns in LDI and HDI technology. For the past 16 years, COMOLI has been a leading company in the production of winding machines for Spandex factories.
In 2016, Comoli signed an important agreement with Jiangyin Lu Chemical Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. to strengthen and consolidate the production of Spandex winding machines, which is the company's core business today.
