Nanjing Tema Spinner Machine Tool Co.,Ltd. which introduced in German technology and production & management system is Tiawan brand joint venture invested by Taiwan Ouma, Tema and German company Spinner. The company is merged with Newbest in 2014.The Newbest NGC aims to expand machine tool manufacturing and sales all around the world.
