PITTLER has a history of more than 130 years as synonymous with turning and milling technology. Founder Julius Wilhelm von Pitler is undoubtedly one of the * prominent engineers and is also believed to be the inventor of knife towers and gear scraping technology. PITTLER has remained flexible throughout its long and exciting history, aiming to provide customers with new cutting-edge added value.
Flexibility and scalability are also the cornerstones of PITTLER's current technical solutions for turning and milling processes. The highest quality standards, economics and efficiency have always driven the development of our machine tool concepts.
In practice, our high standards are largely due to the integration of our own expertise with DVS Technology Group's collaborative modular technology.
The PITTLER T S GmbH, as it is now known, originated from the "Invention" machine tool factory established on July 11, 1889. In the long history of the company, PITTLER not only successfully survived the Second World War, but also experienced many ups and downs. The company has always remained flexible and scalable, and has never lost focus, which can be reflected in today's production solutions.
Since its inception, PITTLER has been a supplier of lathe and turning technology. Its solutions are flexible and scalable. The first PITTLER lathe was once driven by foot power, but now the PITTLER lathe is a mechatronic system equipped with NC control and various sensors.
The company was originally located in Leipzig and moved to Langen, south of Hess, after World War II. The Hess government assisted the company after the war. Today, PITTLER is still located in Hess, where the company manufactures machine tools for customers around the world.
PITTLER T S GmbH is proud of its 130-year history and the inventions of pioneer Julius Wilhelm von Pitler. But PITTLER has not been stopped by its reputation. The key to constantly creating new development opportunities time and time again lies in PITTLER's pursuit of creating optimal value for customers through new technologies-and its current status as a member of the DVS Group for several years.
Today, PITTLER offers turning and milling centers that integrate automation units and tool solutions, designed to shorten the traditional process chain and enable the management of multiple complex technologies. PITTLER's vision is to overcome the inherent dilemma between quality, cost and productivity in the process by providing customers with flexible and scalable solutions.
PITTLER draws on its own expertise and the knowledge of DVS Group technical partners. PITTLER and his partners are teaming up to provide forward-looking one-stop solutions.
