甘肃蓝科石化高新装备股份有限公司（以下简称蓝科高新，股票代码：601798）是以甘肃蓝科石化设备有限责任公司为平台，由兰州石油机械研究所整体改制并引进战略投资者，依照《公司法》设立的股份有限公司。兰石所1960年5月正式成立，是隶属于国家原石油工业部、机械工业部、国家机械工业局的国家一类科研机构，是全国石油钻采机械和炼油化工设备的行业技术归口所。1999年7月，兰石所成为中国机械工业集团有限公司的全资子公司。2007年11月，经中国机械工业集团公司批复同意，开始整体改制上市工作。2011年6月22日，蓝科高新在上海证券交易所挂牌上市。

在过去60多年的岁月里，蓝科高新始终把发展中国石油和石油化工装备作为自己神圣的历史使命，先后参与优化设计了我国第一套100万吨/年炼油厂、第一套500万吨/年炼油厂，完成了第一套11.5万吨/年乙烯厂、第一套30万吨/年乙烯厂引进关键设备和第一套500吨/年明胶设备的攻关；研制开发了具有自主知识产权的国内首台13000平方米高效节能板壳式换热器、国内首台10910平方米大型全焊接波纹板式空气预热装置、国内首台高通量管换热器等；设计制造了国内首台光热发电装置熔盐储罐；研制、设计和开发了1500-6000米系列钻机，研制开发了我国第一台直流电驱动钻机（ZJ60D）、第一台交流电驱动钻机（ZJ15D）、第一台直流电驱动丛式井钻机（ZJ45D）、第一台大功率三缸单作用泥浆泵（3NB600）等。
