Our company's equipment is an industrial rice steaming machine made using our own experience of "Superheated Water Steam Continuous Rice Steaming System." There is no need to wash rice (limited to Japan) and soak rice, and the world's first steamy rice is achieved. The finished product rate of white rice can be as high as 2.4 to 2.5 times after 30 minutes starting from raw rice. The rice steaming machine has a small body, and the overall rice steaming production line also saves a lot of floor space. There is less heat release when steaming rice, and it is also very friendly to the working environment and operators. No matter who operates it, rice of stable quality can be steamed.

In 1988, he started his business with the purpose of designing automatic control devices. Later, in 1995, he began the design and construction of labor-saving machinery, industrial robots, etc. In 1998, the organization was changed to ACE SYSTEM Co., Ltd. The following year, in 1999, the first rice steaming machine was sold. As of today (August 2023), a total of more than 120 sales records have been recorded in Japan and overseas. After joint research with Osaka Public University (Former Japan Prefectural University) since 2011, we were awarded the "Osaka Prefectural Invention and Implementation Merit *" by the Governor of Osaka Prefecture in 2013, and the "53rd Mechanical Revitalization * President of the Mechanical Revitalization Association *" in 2019. Today, in addition to our head office in Osaka, we have branches in Tokyo and Fukuoka. You can visit machines and do tests in these three places.
