Since its founding in a humble apartment in 1992, Finetech has grown into a leading supplier of patch, microassembly and rework equipment to the global microelectronics industry.
Shortly after the reunification of Germany in 1989, an engineer from Berlin-based on a concept of being able to align and attach two objects together-later known as the FINEPLACE ® working principle, created the first set of patch assembly systems. This system with only one moving part and a fixed beam splitter is a real great innovation-a simple platform that allows ultra-precise patch assembly.
